Terms and conditions of sale
1. Seller
Sales made through cinelracing.net are carried out by REVUP RACING COMPONENTS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16115019, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, VAT number GB493334182 and contact email info@cinelracing.net.
2. Scope
These terms govern the purchase of products through this website for delivery to the mainland of any country in the European Union. We do not ship to islands. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted them.
3. Products and fitment
Cinel Racing wheels are made to order according to the specifications chosen by the customer (size, ET and PCD). The customer is responsible for selecting specifications that are compatible with their vehicle. If in doubt, contact us at info@cinelracing.net before ordering. We recommend having the wheels fitted by a professional workshop.
Product images are for guidance only and slight variations in finish or colour may occur.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT. The VAT applied is that of the country of delivery, and the final amount is shown during checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping is free to mainland EU destinations.
5. Ordering process
To buy, add the products to your cart, enter your billing and delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary. The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed and payment has been received.
6. Payment methods
- Credit or debit card, through a secure payment gateway.
- Bank transfer to the Revolut account of REVUP RACING COMPONENTS LTD. Bank details are provided at the end of checkout. Manufacturing begins once payment is received.

7. Manufacturing and delivery
Products are made to order and shipped directly from the Cinel factory in Italy, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks from confirmation of the order and payment. Full details are available on our Shipping page. Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal
As the products are made to the consumer's specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This exclusion does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
9. Statutory warranty
All products are covered by a statutory guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery (or any longer period established by the law of your country of residence) against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity with the order. To make a warranty claim, email us at info@cinelracing.net with your order number and photos.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, impacts, accidents, misuse, modifications or normal wear and tear.
10. Liability
We shall not be liable for damage resulting from the customer's incorrect choice of specifications, improper fitting or use of the product other than as intended, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
11. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our Legal notice and Cookie policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
