Free shipping across the European Union (islands excluded)
All Cinel Racing wheels are shipped free of charge to any country in the European Union, mainland only.
We do not ship to any islands (for example, the Balearic or Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira, Corsica, Sicily or Sardinia).
Made to order and shipped from the factory
Each set of wheels is manufactured to the specifications of your order (size, ET and PCD) and shipped directly from the Cinel factory in Italy to the delivery address you provide.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks, including manufacturing and transport. This period starts once your order has been confirmed and payment received. It is an estimate: if it changes for any reason, we will let you know by email.
For orders paid by bank transfer, manufacturing begins as soon as we receive the payment.
Transport and tracking
Orders are shipped by express courier with a tracking number, which we will email to you when your order leaves the factory.
Receiving your order
Please check the packaging on delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the courier's delivery note and inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@cinelracing.net with photos of the packaging and the product.
Returns
All our wheels are made to the customer's specifications and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights if a product is faulty or does not match your order. See our Terms and conditions.
